The Americas:
Order direct from McFarland. International shipping charges via USPS First Class International: $29.99 first book, $9.99 each additional. Delivery time varies by destination, typically taking as little as 2 weeks. However, because of continued challenges in the global supply chain, the postal service advises some countries may take up to 8 weeks.
