From its beginnings in the 1920s, Columbia Pictures Corporation has churned out an enormous variety of material, wide ranging in quality, subject matter and length. It has also served as a major distributor for foreign and domestically produced independent works.
This thorough reference documents the studio’s 2,371 feature length films, 57 serials, 596 cartoons and 76 miscellaneous short subjects. Release date, running time, major technical personnel, cast, and brief synopsis, when available, are given for each.
