About the Author(s)

Joann Norris is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Crisis Counselor for Okeechobee County Schools in Okeechobee, Florida. She is the author of several reference works on such topics as museums, historic railroad sites, and amusement parks. She lives in Okeechobee.
